About the Role
The Company is seeking a Deputy Head of International Student Recruitment to play a pivotal role in the development and execution of regional recruitment strategies. The successful candidate will lead a small team and be responsible for the full cycle of student recruitment, from strategy development to evaluation, with a focus on the company's suite of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. This includes organizing and representing the company at various recruitment events, both in person and virtually, and managing relationships with internal and in-country stakeholders to ensure a cohesive approach to recruitment activities. The role also involves leading the core markets in East Asia, South East Asia, and the UK and Ireland, and as such, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in student recruitment, a proven track record of meeting targets, and experience in managing people.
