Job Description

**$2,000 sign on bonus**

Schedule:

Full Time, 4 days per week. (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday)

We offer the following benefits for Full Time employees: 

Pay is a combination of hourly rate ($45 - $55) plus an uncapped bonus plan

**$2,000 sign on bonus**

Position Qualifications:

  • Accredited Hygiene Technical School or College
  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, local certified anesthesia
