Dental Assistant Job Description

Are you motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about making a difference in patient care? We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team!

Pay: $18/hr. plus DOE

• Assist the dentist during procedures to ensure smooth and efficient treatment.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment.
• Welcome and comfort patients, ensuring they feel at ease before, during, and after procedures.
• Take and develop X-rays as needed.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling.
• Keep the treatment area clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety regulations.
• Support other team members to create a positive and productive work environment.

• Strong motivation and willingness to learn—no experience necessary; training will be provided!
• A genuine passion for helping patients achieve optimal oral health.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a high standard of care.
• Certification as a dental assistant (preferred but not required).
