Delivery Manager, Professional Services**Job Purpose**
The Professional Services Team in Digital Solutions is a dynamic group of high-level performers who are leading the industry in developing cutting-edge, custom online and mobile banking solutions. As a Professional Services Delivery Manager, you can look forward to establishing and maintaining long term relationships with a portfolio of clients, providing strategic consultation and leading teams to deliver highly customized, leading-edge digital solutions. You are accountable for program and project delivery excellence, providing day-to-day guidance to professional services staff to ensure timely, high quality delivery of implementation and consultation projects. You are responsible for supporting business development efforts by scoping, drafting, estimating, and delivering proposals for our services. You will collaborate with internal Fiserv partners such as Account Management, Product Management and other Fiserv service and product teams to provide a One Fiserv experience to your clients.
**Essential Responsibilities include:**
* Leadership and support during the pre-sales process for scoping and planning efforts, including authoring and reviewing contracts
* Oversight of professional services delivery teams for execution and adherence to process
* Providing strategic consultative support to clients for managing their digital roadmap, including defining priorities developing baseline plans and timelines for execution and delivery, and aligning with Fiserv product roadmap
* Providing internal and client escalation support for project teams and clients
* Developing and maturing Delivery Management methodology and governance
**Basic Qualifications for Consideration** :
* Bachelors degree in Business, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or similar discipline. Relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree
* 3+ years of experience in client-management role, delivering software projects or programs
* 7+ years of experience in the computer software industry, preferably in a systems integration / consulting organization
* 3+ years of experience managing and/or overseeing software project implementations, preferably within a professional services organization
* Experience in supporting sales opportunities required, including experience creating business development related artifacts
* Strong technical background/knowledge
**Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:**
* Financial services industry experience strongly preferred
* Demonstrated experience with different SDLC implementation life cycles
* Background with Microsoft internet solution stack preferred
* Familiarity with digital banking applications and implementations, both desktop and mobile, are strong pluses
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including C-level, technical and non-technical audiences
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Project management experience preferred, PMP Certification is a plus
* Demonstrated planning skills
**Travel required** : 5% travel may be required
