· INDUSTRY-LEADING COMPETITIVE PAY :
· Selected routes average between $980 - $1,746 per week with a PAY INCREASE coming September 2024 in which you will average between $1,286 - $1,789
· Starting pay is 57.5 cpm with a PAY INCREASE to .59 cpm in September 2024
· Average between 1,536 - 2,690miles per week
·$20 stop pay with a PAY INCREASE to $20.25 per stop in September 2024
· Average 5-10 stops per week
· Detention and breakdown pay available
· You will be HOME DAILY with day and night positions available, depending on the route you select
· Your freight will be 100% NO TOUCH
· Enjoy a FIVE-DAY WORKWEEK with potential weekend shifts (either Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday).

· Our late August re-bid process gives all drivers the opportunity to select routes by seniority, ensuring you can choose the SCHEDULE THAT WORKS FOR YOU

Job Requirements
· Drivers must live within a 75-mile radius
· Must have 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the past 3 years
· Drivers must have Class A CDL
· Must be 21 years of age or older
· No convictions for reckless driving within the past 5 years
· No convictions for DUI within the past 5 years
· No suspensions or revocations within the last 5 years
· No serious violations within the previous 12 months (15 mph or greater, following too closely, improper passing, traffic offense committed in a CMV in connection with fatality)
· No more than 3 moving violations within the past 3 years
· No preventable DOT recordable accidents within the past 3 years
· Open/Close Trailer Doors - force requirement: 46 lbs
· Count freight
· Complete fuel tickets
· Obtain sales leads
· Hook/Unhook trailer - force requirement: 90lbs(Class A Only)
· Perform pre-trip inspections
· Drive
· Regular predictable attendance
· Enter/Exit a Commercial Motor Vehicle
