Overview:

Seeking a talented and motivated Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science, with extensive experience in using Databricks, SQL and Qualtrics Engage/XM Discover. This position will be vital in analyzing customer interactions and generating actionable insights that influence business decisions.

MUST RESIDE IN OR NEAR JACKSONVILLE, FLORIDA

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Databricks to manage and analyze large data sets.

• Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to extract insights and generate reports.

• Leverage Qualtrics XM Discover to analyze customer feedback and interactions.

• Create interactive visualizations to present findings in a clear and compelling manner.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver insights

that support strategic initiatives.

• Drive the development of predictive models and advanced analytics solutions.

• Communicate complex data findings to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• MUST have a Bachelor's degree in one of these fields: Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields.

• 3-5 years proven experience with Databricks, including data engineering and machine learning applications.

• 3-5 years of strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

• 3-5 years of experience with Qualtrics XM Discover for customer interaction analytics is highly

desirable.

• 3-5 years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to create

dashboards and reports.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Scala, or R for data analysis.

• Understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to

non-technical stakeholders.
