Job Overview

TechConnect is seeking a Data Analyst for an industry leading client based in Tulsa, OK. This is an important position for our client and they need an individual that is comfortable working with multiple team members such as database architects and engineers, software developers, and other data analysts to ensure data initiatives are consistent throughout the organization.

As a Data Analyst you will be responsible for optimizing data flows and collection across multiple teams throughout the company. You will create, expand, optimize, maintain and monitor the data and data pipeline architecture. You will identify, design, and implement internal process improvements, automate manual processes, optimize data delivery, and help re-design infrastructure for improved scalability. You will assemble large, complex data sets to meet functional business requirements. You will build analytics tools to utilize the data pipeline and provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key company metrics. You will help build new processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.

To be successful in this position you must be able to work independently, work with internal team members and all levels of personnel, while working on multiple projects simultaneously. You must be able to create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to support next gen products and data initiatives, and be excited to work in a very technical and innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Optimize data flows and collection across multiple teams and maintain data and data pipeline architecture.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements; automate manual processes to optimize data delivery and scalability.
• Assemble large, complex data sets to meet functional business requirements and build analytics tools to derive actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key metrics.
• Help build new processes that support data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Collaborate with database architects, engineers, software developers and other data analysts to ensure data initiatives are consistent across the organization.

Qualifications

• College degree in a technical field preferred or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in enterprise level data engineering and analysis.
• Experience in the development of SSIS, ETL and other standardized data management tools.
• Experience working with Azure, SQL Server and Azure Data Factory is a plus.
• Experience managing projects with strong organizational skills.
• Experience working with data bricks, AI integration or Oracle is a plus.

Work Situation

Hybrid work situation (Tuesday Thursday in Tulsa, Oklahoma office, Monday and Friday remote/work from home).
