We’re looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team during this high growth phase. In this role, you will partner with teams across Arc to understand and extract insights from our data. You will analyze large datasets and communicate your findings to finance, operations, go-to-market, and product teams. This is a unique opportunity to impact business strategy and growth directly, working closely with Arc’s executive team. What You'll Accomplish Here Partner with stakeholders across the organization to facilitate data-informed decision-making using analytics. Apply statistical analysis and quantitative reasoning to solve challenges, conduct research, and generate insights. Build metrics, data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and predictive models to support data-driven decisions across key channels and projects. Identify key KPIs, data points, features, and events that measure success and understand their impact. Deep-dive into existing projects to identify opportunities for scaling and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with finance, product, and go-to-market teams to develop, standardize, and promote analytical processes. Develop resources to enable data access and self-service, maximizing your impact. What You Bring 4+ years of experience in B2B analytics, especially go-to-market analytics. Experience supporting GTM teams such as Sales, Marketing, or RevOps. Background in Data Engineering, Data Analysis, or Data Science, with skills in building data pipelines and analyzing large datasets. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker experience required). Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, team-oriented mindset capable of prioritizing in a dynamic setting. Curiosity, attention to detail, and analytical aptitude. Self-management, ownership, and organizational skills to handle multiple projects. Ability to multitask effectively in ambiguous environments.
