Are you fluent in French and passionate about providing top-notch support?
Our client is seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual that will play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences!

 Language Requirement: Fluent in French and English

What You'll Do:
• Handle customer inquiries and provide outstanding service in French and English
• Accurately process data and maintain up-to-date records
• Manage billing processes and resolve payment-related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:
• Fluency in French (spoken and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, data entry, or billing (preferred)
