Customer Service Representative (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $20-22/hour

Job Type: Temporary (4-month contract) with potential for hire

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team on a 4-month temporary contract with the potential for permanent hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured, high-volume order processing environment and prefers email-based communication over phone interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process 100-200 orders per day in SAP with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order discrepancies via email only (no phone calls)
• Track and update customers on order status and shipping details
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of recent work experience (within the last 3 years) in a similar role
• Strong order processing experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency in SAP or similar order management systems
• Excellent written communication skills for clear and professional email interactions
• Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently
