This is not a call center job—no phones, no cubicles, and no cold calls. As a Customer Service Representative , you’ll engage directly with communities, helping raise awareness and generate support for life-changing nonprofit campaigns.

• Represent respected nonprofit partners at community events, fundraisers, and outreach programs

• Start meaningful conversations with the public to raise awareness and drive donations

• Share the mission, goals, and impact of each campaign with authenticity and compassion

• Encourage ongoing support through relationship-building and donor engagement

• Collaborate with your outreach team to plan and execute high-impact campaigns

• Maintain integrity, professionalism, and empathy in every interaction
