As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the frontline ambassador for major nonprofit campaigns . You’ll engage with the public at events and community spaces, sparking conversations that educate, inspire, and drive action .

• Represent nonprofit organizations at community outreach events, fundraising campaigns, and public activations

• Start authentic conversations that raise awareness of important social and environmental issues

• Share clear, compelling messaging about each nonprofit’s mission and how people can get involved

• Build trust and rapport with potential donors through active listening, empathy, and professionalism

• Work as part of a team to develop and execute effective, on-the-ground outreach strategies

• Always uphold the core values of integrity, compassion, and respect
