Customer Service Representative - $18.75/hr (paid training)

Responsibilities:

Handle inbound faxes and calls regarding new or updated medication information

Make outbound calls to pharmacies or doctors' offices to verify medication information

Update the company database with new or modified information

Share insights with the team on how to enhance services
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience: 6 months of call center experience is highly preferred

Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar computer skills

Reliability and dependability in the workplace

Must be able to attend on-site training in Hingham, MA for the first 4 weeks
