Want to enjoy your job!. Edible Arrangements, Waterbury Connecticut is hiring Customer Service Representative position and could lead to a supervisory position. Customer Service Representative will deal with customers by taking orders over the phone, in person, and processing orders online. Customer Service Representative also responsible for creating the mouthwatering arrangements, dipped fruit™ boxes, and cut fruit for Edible® treat products, following proper operational procedures. (* No worries, we will train you- no experience necessary!)* Customer Service Representative ensures Edible® service standards are met and surpassed by providing customers with prompt service, delivering a WOW experience.

Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:

• Build arrangements according to our brand standards and following approved procedures.
• Performs cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning standards and works as a store team player.
• Follows proper food sanitation and handling procedures
• Demonstrates a strong understanding of product knowledge and quality standards
• Welcomes and connects with every customer to provide excellent customer service
• Discovers customer needs and appropriately suggests products with every customer to enhance service and meet sales goals
• Follows cash handling and register policies
• Takes responsibility to learn all aspects of the position
• Learns and demonstrates all performance standards by completing in-store training and utilizing digital training portal on an ongoing basis

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience working in customer Service or food service establishment preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude
• Enjoys working within a team
• Desire for personal and professional growth
• Computer skills including Microsoft software and register skills
• Ability to lift, carry and/or push objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shift
