High School Teacher
TERM OF EMPLOYMENT: Exempt Position; 12-month position per school year; Full-Time; (must adhere to 12-month AG Teacher Evaluation to maintain 12-month status)
QUALIFICATIONS: NC Educator License in Agriculture or be qualified to hold a valid license and willingness to obtain licensure area; related degree; industry-related work experience required.
DUTIES: Responsible for the instructional program; normal duties of a classroom teacher; will be expected to earn a minimum of 100 points on the Evaluation of Quality Twelve-Month Agricultural Education Teaching Positions beginning with the 2022-2023 calendar year to maintain 12-month employment status; and other duties that may be assigned by the principal and/or superintendent.
