Job Title: Landscaping Laborer / Crew Member
Location: DeWitt, MI
Compensation: $15$18/hr
Schedule: Full-Time, Year-Round

The Opportunity
We are hiring entry-level and experienced Landscaping Crew Members . No experience? No problemwe provide paid training. Have experience? Youll grow fast with more responsibility and higher pay.

Responsibilities

• Mow, trim, edge, and perform general lawn care.
• Assist with landscape installsmulch, planting, edging, sod.
• Support seasonal projects (spring/fall cleanups, winter snow removal).
• Help with hardscape builds: patios, retaining walls, grading, drainage.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional job site.

Qualifications

• Must be reliable and eager to learn.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather.
• Previous landscaping experience is helpful but not required.
• Reliable transportation to/from DeWitt shop daily.
