Join Our Team as a Supervisor!

Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We are looking for a passionate and skilled Supervisor to lead our talented team of A&P Technicians, Avionics Technicians, and Interior Technicians. This is your chance to make a significant impact in the aviation industry!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of technicians, overseeing hiring, training, and performance management.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are met by optimizing manpower, equipment, and resources.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to technicians, stepping in to assist with complex issues.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations and company procedures for aircraft and operation records.
• Instruct team members on safety regulations and monitor adherence.
• Stay updated on the latest aircraft systems and maintenance techniques.
• Collaborate with customer representatives and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist with invoicing and related administrative tasks.
• Interpret company policies and enforce safety regulations.
• Train technicians in system repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Create estimates for customer approval.
• Act as a backup for management responsibilities when required.
• Adhere to attendance and punctuality standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, stand, climb, and perform various physical tasks.
• Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and maintenance instructions.
• Basic math skills for calculations and measurements.
• Consistent attendance and punctuality.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A&P license (or Repairman certification for Avionics and/or Interiors).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6-10 years of relevant aviation experience.
• Experience as a Crew Chief or similar role, with military or technical training preferred.
• Proven mechanical and technical aptitude.
• Experience with hand and power tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication across departments.
• Valid state driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.
