Currently, we have a Member Service Representative opportunity with a Credit Union that provides financial service and education enabling VA employees, retirees and their families to achieve their financial goals. The Member Service Representative responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Processing financial transactions for credit union members. Establishing rapport with members and promoting other credit union services. Providing excellent member service. Specific qualifications for the position include : 1-year prior experience cash handling in a financial institution. Relevant prior job titles may include Teller, MSR (Member Service Representative), or Customer Service Representative. Credit Union experience is preferred Experience with the Symitar system is preferred High school diploma or GED. Pay Rate Range : $19.00 - $24.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
