Job Details We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Paralegal to provide comprehensive legal support to our General Counsel and legal department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and contractual law, litigation and compliance management, and executive and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate and Contractual Law Support
- Draft, redline, and review complex legal agreements, including NDAs and POAs
- Ensure proper document legalization and maintain efficient legal workflows using Evisort
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate documents
Litigation and Compliance Management
- Assess subpoena validity and manage document compilation for legal holds
- Conduct thorough compliance investigations and due diligence
- Support the General Counsel in managing litigation matters
Executive and Administrative Support
- Coordinate training and plan events for the legal department
- Manage travel arrangements for legal staff
- Facilitate vendor and invoice management
- Provide general administrative support to the General Counsel
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in legal studies, business administration, or a related field
- Paralegal certification from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in an in-house setting or combined law firm/in-house background
- Strong knowledge of corporate and contractual law
- Experience with litigation and compliance management
- Proficient in legal research and document management
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal software (e.g., Evisort)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
