Description:
Role: Corp Paralegal, 7 years exp+
Corporate paralegal with 7+ years of experience in the maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution.
Serve as project manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year+ review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity.
Provide interim overflow support of the paralegal team in the management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, and legal entity attorneys.
1. College degree or equivalent
2. 7+ years of experience in financial services
Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel are necessary, iManage experience a plus.
