Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Controller located in Oxford. The Controller will be responsible for:
* Overseeing financial statements
*Conducting financial reporting
*Build and maintain positive relationships with lending institutions
*Manage budget and forecast preparation
*Monitor and analyze costs to ensure alignment with budget and financial objectives
*Cash Management
*Support Senior team and management in strategic planning and decision making
*Managing accounting team and functions
*The role will involve creating and maintaining financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:
*Finance or accounting experience in Real Estate, Construction or Development Industries
*Financial Statements, Financial Reporting and Accounting skills
*Analytical skills and finance knowledge
*Proficiency in financial software and systems
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent problem-solving and decision -making abilities
*Ability to work independently and collaboratively
*Bachelor's degree in Finance, accounting or related field
