Job Title: Contracts Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead the way in contract strategy: Prepare and draft detailed, complex agreements that set the foundation for successful partnerships.
• Own the negotiation table: Manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), lead pricing discussions, and secure favorable terms.
• Be the risk expert: Identify and mitigate potential issues through precise, compliant contract-writing.
• Act as the go-to advisor: Serve as the primary contact for negotiations and stakeholder alignment.
• Drive operational excellence: Manage high-volume, detailed contract reviews during organizational transitions.

What You Bring

• Proven Expertise:
  • 5+ years in drafting and negotiating complex contracts, NDAs, SLAs, and Statements of Work.
  • Experience in IT/Technology service contracts.
  • Experience with software platforms, finance/lending, or tech manufacturing (preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Technical & Industry Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with financial services industry and compliance principles.
  • Understanding of federal and state laws (e.g., GLBA) related to privacy and security.
• Skills That Set You Apart:
  • Contract management, risk analysis, project management, procurement.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Personal Attributes:
  • Sound judgment, integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of HILLSBORO, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $60.00/hr.
