Job Description
Our client is seeking a creative and charismatic Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to join their in-house marketing team. If you love being on camera, have a pulse on current social trends, and enjoy bringing ideas to life through short-form content—this is the role for you.
You’ll work closely with a fun, fast-paced creative team to plan, film, and produce content that connects with an engaged digital community. This position also plays a key role in influencer marketing, campaign coordination, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Represent the brand across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms
Develop and film original short-form content aligned with brand identity
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and campaign planning
Stay up to date with trends to keep content fresh and engaging
Collaborate on social media calendar management and platform updates
Assist in identifying and coordinating with influencers and brand partners
Help strengthen audience engagement through authentic, on-brand communication
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Comfortable and confident in front of the camera
Passionate about social media with a strong understanding of what makes content go viral
Creative thinker with strong communication skills
Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple priorities
Enjoys collaborating with a small, high-energy team
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience editing video content using tools like CapCut, InShot, or similar
Background in content creation, influencer marketing, or digital campaigns
Portfolio or personal social media showcasing your creative work
Familiarity with beauty, lifestyle, or wellness industries is a plus, but not required
