Job Title: Concrete Finisher
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team in Sioux City, IA (51106). The ideal candidate will play a critical role in producing high-quality concrete finishes and maintaining the safety and efficiency of our projects. This is a full-time position with a weekly pay cycle offering a competitive pay rate starting at $18.00/hr. Shift hours are from 7:00AM to 7:00PM

Responsibilities

Set and remove concrete forms accurately and efficiently
Perform long-handled concrete finishing to required specifications
Maintain high standards of quality control during finishing operations
Understand concrete properties, placement, curing, and jointing techniques
Adhere strictly to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment
Work collaboratively with team members and assist with other jobsite tasks as needed

Qualifications

Proven experience in concrete finishing
Familiarity with concrete jointing techniques and tools
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Physically able to perform demanding tasks in outdoor conditions
Commitment to safety and quality craftsmanship

Benefits

Pay: $18 to $26 per hour (based on experience and skills)
