Responsibilities Perform day to day monitoring, testing, and Tier 1‑2 maintenance actions for Windows 10 systems and associated printers by installing updates, conducting routine health checks, and troubleshooting/resolving technical issues. Ensure IA compliance by patching, scanning, and providing scans regularly. Work with a dedicated MECK support team to ensure operability and compliance/accreditation for all associated equipment. Assist with the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), drawings, and system documentation. Perform daily monitoring of Mobile Expeditionary Communications Kits (MECKs) and support network services to deployed communication kits using a variety of connectivity methods. Qualifications Must possess current IAT II or higher security certification in accordance with DoD 8570.01M. Must have or be able to obtain within 6 months of hire an appropriate Computing Environment or vendor certification for associated communications equipment. Must have at least 1 year of experience supporting Windows 10, ACAS/Nessus scans, STIG checklists, and SCAP scans. Must have experience conducting STIG/SCAP remediation and applying system patches and upgrades. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to travel as needed to support mission requirements.
