El Educador Comunitario sirve de enlace entre los departamentos internos, las organizaciones comunitarias, las agencias de servicios sociales y las entidades de salud pública. Esta persona clave asiste a las reuniones de los grupos de trabajo para el mantenimiento del rendimiento de la calidad y proporciona actividades y materiales educativos relacionados con la Mejora de la Calidad (QI). El Educador Comunitario se dedica plenamente a las tareas del Departamento de Calidad.
