Job Details

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Commercial Roofing Technician to join our team. As a vital member of our roofing crew, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining various commercial roofing systems, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Install and maintain diverse roofing systems, including BUR, EPDM, Single-ply, coatings, and other low-slope roofing solutions
Safely operate and maintain industry-standard tools and equipment
Adhere to OSHA regulations and company safety protocols, promoting a safe work environment
Perform tasks in various weather conditions, demonstrating physical agility and endurance
Climb and work on ladders, lifting and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other company personnel

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of commercial roofing experience preferred
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and physical examination
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
Comfortable working at heights and in challenging weather conditions
