Commercial Design/Build General Contractor, based in Belmont NH, is looking for a Traveling (Lead) Superintendent to join their team ASAP!

Job Description

The Superintendent is responsible for:

• Oversee the remaining 6 months of project in Hadley, MA
• Next job in Bridgewater, MA
• Traveling from site to site making sure all jobs are running as they should
• Spoting problems early and communicating them to the Project Management team
• After first 2 projects are completed: Travel throughout New England (not CT) from the Cape to Burlington VT
• Report directly to the president

The Successful Applicant

The right Superintendent will have:

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a Commercial GC
• Experience working on Commercial projects (design/build) around $50M (high end / ground up)
• Knowledge of construction methods and materials, costing, & scheduling
• Effective leadership skills to successfully lead people and get results through others
• Ability to organize, think ahead, plan, and manage multiple priorities
• Understanding of problem analysis and resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Strong relationship building & managing skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer savy-ness - experience with Procore
