Job Description

We are seeking an experienced CNC Operator with +3 years on experience operating Mills, Lathes & Grinding equipment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in working from blueprint layouts and dimensions as depicted in drawings, along with the ability to read manual gauges.

Responsibilities

• Set up, align, and operate CNC machines per drawing instructions.
• Maintain quality production records accurately.
• Read and interpret blueprints effectively.
• Utilize shop math skills and possess knowledge of machining methods and cutting tools.
• Ensure computer literacy for Statistical Process Control and CMM measuring.
• Demonstrate proficiency in CNC machining.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC operator and machinist.
• Expertise in using grinders, lathes, and mills.
• Ability to perform set-ups and changeovers.
• Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.
• Programming skills and GD&T knowledge.
• Blueprint reading capabilities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of CNC experience required.
• Experience with milling, lathe, and grinding equipment.
• Open to working on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.41/hr.
