As a Clubhouse Security Guard, you will play a critical role in upholding our reputation by ensuring the safety and security of attendees, staff, and property. This position requires professionalism, attentiveness, and the ability to maintain a secure environment. Responsibilities: Monitoring access points to restricted areas such as the dugout and player facilities. Enforcing venue policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment. Responding promptly to security incidents, emergencies, or alarms. Conducting regular patrols to ensure the integrity of assigned areas. Assisting with crowd control and ensuring orderly conduct of guests. Collaborating with other security personnel and staff to coordinate security efforts. Requirements: Must possess a valid Florida Class D Security Officer license. Proven experience as a security guard, preferably in a sports or entertainment venue. Excellent observational and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, and occasionally lift and move objects. Availability to work all remaining Miami Marlins games in the current season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to pass a background and drug screening. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working with athletes or high-profile individuals. Training in first aid, CPR, or emergency response protocols. Knowledge of basic security and safety protocols in a sports venue setting. Work effectively in a team and collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
