REPORTS TO: VP OF CONTENT
Live Action, a leader in pro-life content creation, advocacy, and education, is expanding its team and seeking a full-time Church Engagement Manager . This role is instrumental in equipping churches and similar entities (schools, pregnancy resource centers, etc.) with Live Action’s content and curriculum, with the goal of transforming public opinion on abortion and mobilizing pro-life activism. The Church Engagement Manager will develop and execute strategies to ensure that pro-life churches nationwide regularly engage with Live Action’s resources.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, relationship builder, and proactive leader who is deeply committed to Live Action’s mission. This position offers growth potential and the opportunity to be part of a dynamic, high-impact team. The role is based in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities: Strategic Partnership Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and educators to expand the reach of Live Action’s content.
Program Marketing & Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to promote Live Action’s curriculum and resources to churches and related organizations.
Ambassador & Volunteer Mobilization: Recruit, train, and oversee ambassadors to help distribute and implement Live Action’s curriculum.
Training & Resource Implementation: Equip pastors, church leaders, and educators with the tools and training needed to effectively use Live Action’s materials.
Engagement & Retention Strategy: Establish ongoing relationships with church leaders and organizations, ensuring long-term engagement and impact.
Impact Measurement & Reporting: Track curriculum adoption and program effectiveness, providing data-driven insights to improve outreach efforts.
Event Management: Plan and execute an annual event designed to train pastors and ministry leaders in using Live Action’s content and connect them with the broader pro-life movement.
Survey & Feedback Implementation: Develop and analyze surveys to measure curriculum effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field such as Ministry, Education, or Communications.
5+ years of experience in church engagement, ministry leadership, or educational program management.
Proven track record in outreach, partnership development, or program expansion.
Experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
Strong public speaking and relationship-building skills.
Deep commitment to Live Action’s mission and pro-life advocacy.
