About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to join their team. The successful candidate will be an executive sales leader with a proven track record in driving sales growth and leading business development strategies. This role is pivotal in identifying new opportunities and maintaining key relationships, particularly in the medical device, healthcare, and life sciences sectors. The CRO will be responsible for driving revenue growth, introducing best practices, and ensuring efficiencies in a lower middle-market entrepreneurial environment. Experience in selling software development services, especially within the medical device sector, and a deep understanding of navigating highly regulated environments are essential. Candidates for the CRO position at the company should be prepared for short-duration travel to Eastern Europe on a quarterly basis and Latin America on a semi-annual basis. The role demands a strategic thinker who can not only meet but exceed sales targets, and who is adept at managing a sales team to achieve the company's revenue goals. The ideal candidate will have a background in the medical device sector, with a focus on software development services, and a strong network of industry contacts.
