About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to spearhead the transformation and scaling of one of its portfolio companies. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing the go-to-market strategy to drive new customer acquisition and maximize revenue within the existing customer base. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth across various customer verticals, segments, and profiles, and the ideal candidate will have a background in B2B SaaS business, with a focus on the SMB market. While experience in private equity is preferred, it is not a mandatory requirement. The CRO will be expected to have a strong sales management orientation, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. The CRO will be responsible for leading the company through a period of significant growth and is expected to have a tenure of at least 20 years, demonstrating a progressive career in the field. A key aspect of the role is the ability to honor the company's past while driving it into the future, and the candidate should be a passionate and committed leader with a contagious will to win. Experience in M&A and a solid background in integration are essential, as the company is prepared to invest heavily in both inorganic and organic methods to achieve its growth objectives. The role is critical in the lead-up to a planned exit in 2026, and the CRO will play a central role in this process.
