About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the President and all department leads to identify business opportunities, execute strategic product roadmaps, and drive organic growth initiatives. This role is pivotal in supporting the management and growth of businesses within the portfolio, as well as the integration of new acquisitions. Key responsibilities include leading initiatives and special projects, providing financial analysis, supporting M&A activities, and offering operational support to review and improve business performances. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a tier one management consulting firm, private equity, principal investment shop, or investment bank analyst program. An undergraduate degree in business is required, with an MBA or CPA considered an asset. The role demands a candidate with the ability to establish credibility with senior business leaders, proven research, analytical, and financial modeling skills, and a high level of competence in Excel. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with ambiguity, proactive in identifying opportunities, and have a desire to build a long-term career within the organization. Responsibilities also include working with cross-functional teams to develop and assess the performance of approved initiatives, and participating in quarterly business reviews to improve financial and operational performance metrics.
