-Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
-Install framing, drywall, doors, windows, ceilings, casework, hardware, flooring, etc.
-Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
-Maintain a clean and organized job site.
-Work collaboratively with team members and project managers.
-Ensure all work meets or exceeds company standards and code requirements.
-Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE at all times.
-Travel to various job sites as needed. 

Requirements:
-No experience necessary for beginner laborers. Experience in carpentry/construction required for higher positions/pay.
-Ability to read blueprints and construction documents.
-Knowledge of standard carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
-Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
-Reliable transportation to job sites.
-Ability to lift 80+ lbs. and work in various conditions
-OSHA 10 or 30 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
-Valid driver’s license preferred.

Preferred Skills:
-Finish carpentry or cabinetry installation.
-Metal stud framing and acoustical ceilings.
-Experience with commercial remodels or build-outs.
-Supervisory or crew lead experience.
