Qualifications Excellent English speaking and listening skills (clear accent preferred). Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle phone calls confidently and professionally. Basic computer knowledge (Google Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc.). Typing speed and accuracy for recording information. Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred but not required). Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment. Must be disciplined, punctual, and able to work night shift position.
