Description
Our guests expect luxury, value, and world-class service. As a
Business Office Administrator , you will assist the Office Manager with general office duties. You will impact whether we become our guest's favorite place to purchase, lease, or service their vehicle by assisting the dealership with its daily operations.
What Winning Looks Like: - Demonstrating a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity
- Assist in general office duties as assigned by the Office Manager
- File daily paperwork within the dealership as needed and keep records in order
- Review accounting schedules and work with the accounting staff to clear up any discrepancies
- Traveling between stores on occasion throughout the week
- Ensure that accounting records are maintained in an orderly, current, and accurate condition
- Perform bank deposits
- Additional duties as assigned by management
Skills Needed to Win: - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Accounting experience preferred
- Reynolds and Reynolds experience is a plus
- Automotive Experience a plus
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Professional and friendly attitude
- Strong phone, email, and communication skills
- Positive attitude and high energy
- Steady work history
- Must have valid driver's license
