We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Consulting Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team in the Manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging their expertise in SSIS, Azure, Reporting, and Status to lead and drive our business intelligence initiatives. This role is perfectly suited to someone with a passion for data analysis, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that will drive our business forward. With over 5 years of experience, you will have the opportunity to shape and influence our business intelligence strategy and play a critical role in our ongoing success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain business intelligence systems, ensuring that they meet current and future business needs.
- Leverage SSIS and Azure to extract, transform, and load data from various sources into a format that can be easily analyzed.
- Prepare and present regular reports on the status of business intelligence initiatives, making recommendations for improvements where necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop strategies to meet these needs.
- Analyze complex data sets and convert them into information that can be used to make business decisions.
- Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data by constantly monitoring and validating data sources.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and make recommendations for how these could be applied to our business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role, preferably within the Manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with SSIS, Azure, Reporting, and Status.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and deliver actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of the latest industry trends and technologies, and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
