Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to manage and enhance our financial data management environment. This role requires a deep understanding of financial, business, functional, and technical data needs to support our data management strategy. The Business Intelligence Analyst will gather, analyze, and compile data to identify trends and patterns, making actionable recommendations based on the insights.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and enhance financial data management systems.
• Gather, analyze, and compile data to identify trends and patterns.
• Make recommendations based on data analysis.
• Collaborate with team members to support data management strategy.

Education and Experience:

• BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Business Analytics.
• Masters Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Finance/Accounting or financial data analysis.
• Proficiency with BI Tools (Power BI preferred), ERP Tools (SAP preferred), and EPM Tools (SAP BPC preferred).
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Power Platform (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Power Automate).
• Understanding of ERP systems and BI tools.

Other Requirements:

• Infrequent travel for training or development meetings (less than 10%).
