Job Title: Business Execution Consultant (Contingent Workforce)Location: Minneapolis, MN (Hybrid - 3 days/week onsite About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and results-driven Business Execution Consultant to support complex, high-impact initiatives across multiple business groups. In this contingent role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive execution, streamline processes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesLead and consult on large-scale business execution initiatives with broad organizational impact.Analyze complex, multi-dimensional challenges and develop actionable strategies to address them.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement plans that include training, system access, communications, and procedural updates.Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements while meeting project deliverables.Operate independently, proactively identifying opportunities and making recommendations to drive execution.Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.Minimum Qualifications5+ years of experience in business execution, implementation, or strategic planning, or equivalent experience through consulting, military service, or education.Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and deliver results in complex environments.Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work onsite at least 3 days per week in Minneapolis, MN or Charlotte, NC.Preferred QualificationsExperience in change management or business transformation.Familiarity with enterprise systems and tools used in large-scale business operations.Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across diverse teams.
