JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead strategic business growth and develop new product categories aligned with Mailchimp's innovative vision. 

This role involves active prospecting and establishment of new partner relationships to build a sustained pipeline for business opportunities, managing the entire lifecycle of strategic partnerships to contribute to revenue and strategic goals, and employing market intelligence to leverage evolving digital landscape opportunities.

Assist in the development of new business and product categories, aligning with Mailchimp’s vision.

Prospect and engage new partner relationships focusing on tangible revenue goals and creating a sustainable business development pipeline.

Oversee the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including identification, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management.

Employ a data-driven approach for market intelligence and analysis to identify and seize market opportunities.

Utilize exceptional negotiation and communication skills for deal closures and complex idea communication across stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

A minimum of 7 years in business development or partnerships in the technology industry.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Strong analytical ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
