Business Analyst – Customer Service

📍 Location: New Berlin, WI

We are seeking a Business Analyst – Customer Service to support our customer service team by leveraging data analytics, automation, and process improvement strategies. This role will play a key part in enhancing operational efficiency, streamlining workflows, and optimizing the customer experience through data-driven insights.

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret customer service data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide real-time insights and reporting for key stakeholders.
• Utilize AI and Snowflake to enhance data processing, predictive analytics, and decision-making.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by implementing change management strategies to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance customer service operations.
• Support project management efforts to deploy automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure data integrity and provide recommendations to optimize customer service performance.
• Work with SAP systems , leveraging previous experience to improve data accuracy, reporting, and process efficiency.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or customer service process optimization.
• Experience working with SAP to manage data, reporting, and operational processes.
• Proficiency in Power BI , AI-driven analytics , and Snowflake for data visualization and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process improvement and change management .
• Solid project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from analysis to implementation.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
