Your Role:

As a Brand Ambassador based in South Florida, you will be the public face of The Pack Labs, actively engaging with wellness retailers, head shops, vape shops, and convenience stores. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and educating both retailers and consumers about the unique benefits of our products, particularly Delta Munchies and Imperial Extraction.

 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dynamic in-store demonstrations and presentations to educate retail staff and consumers about The Pack Labs' products, emphasizing their unique benefits and our brand values.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with key retail partners, becoming the recognizable face of our brand as you enhance sales opportunities and client satisfaction.
• Initiate outreach efforts, including conducting targeted cold calls to potential retail partners, to introduce our product line and secure new marketing opportunities.
• Represent The Pack Labs at industry events and local activations, boosting brand visibility and fostering community engagement.
• Gather market intelligence through customer interactions and feedback, providing insights to the marketing and product development teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop strategies that align with brand goals and increase market share, ensuring a cohesive approach to customer engagement and product promotion.

• Energetic and passionate communicators who excel in public speaking and customer engagement.
• Self-driven individuals with a strong desire to promote hemp-derived cannabis products, demonstrating a clear understanding of the industry.
• Organized professionals who can manage multiple tasks and adapt to varying environments, from retail settings to large industry events.
• Candidates with a strong background in customer service, sales, or marketing, ideally with experience as brand ambassadors in the hemp, cannabis, or related consumer sectors.

Requirements:

• Ability to travel extensively within the South Florida area and occasionally beyond, including setting up and breaking down promotional events.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and office productivity tools to manage relationships and track engagement activities.
• Physical ability to manage promotional setups and product demonstrations.
• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
• At least 21 years of age with some college education preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, plus performance incentives based on brand engagement and sales results.
