BOOKKEEPER

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

Accounts Payable: data entry, matching and coding in General Ledger, weekly check runs, run weekly report, maintain vendor files
Accounts Receivable: invoicing, post payments, prepare bank deposits
Prepare journal entries
The Bookkeeper will close books monthly and prepare financial statements.
The Bookkeeper will perform reconciliations of bank accounts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.

Salary $50,000- $70,000 based on experience.
This position is fully onsite.
