BOOKKEEPER

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

• CFS has partnered with a local, family-owned manufacturer to identify a Bookkeeper to strengthen their team.

OVERVIEW OF THE BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• Accounts Payable: data entry, matching and coding in General Ledger, weekly check runs, run weekly report, maintain vendor files
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, post payments, prepare bank deposits
• Prepare journal entries
• The Bookkeeper will close books monthly and prepare financial statements.
• The Bookkeeper will perform reconciliations of bank accounts.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BOOKKEEPER ROLE:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field preferred.
• Experience with QuickBooks is preferred.
