What You'll Do as our Bookkeeper:
Process weekly check disbursements with precision and timeliness. Ensure timely payment of company bills, maintaining financial stability. Perform light reconciliations using QuickBooks, including managing silent auction closings. Compile comprehensive reports showcasing critical statistics such as cash receipts, expenditures, profit and loss, and other key financial indicators. Facilitate biweekly payroll processing for a team of 30 employees.
What We're Looking for in a Bookkeeper:
Sharpness and a stellar work ethic, as the role demands autonomy and initiative. Proficiency in QuickBooks and adept computer skills, including file and data management. Experience in the nonprofit sector is highly valued. Familiarity with ADP Total Source is advantageous. A team player with a proactive "can-do" attitude, ready to collaborate and contribute positively to our workplace culture.
