About the Role
The Company is seeking three new Board Members to contribute to its fresh and innovative approach to museum curation. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in the realization of the company's brand-new 5-year strategy, which is focused on transforming the traditional structure of the museum and redefining the role of art in society. The company is dedicated to staying true to its radical ambition, enhancing people's lives through living art, and actively engaging with a transforming world. Board Members will be instrumental in broadening the global audience base, particularly in the online space, and in ensuring that the company's mission to activate art and address important societal questions is effectively carried out. Ideal Board Members for the company will have a deep appreciation for the life force of art and its ability to build relationships. They should be aligned with the concept of art as a living entity and be passionate about using art as a tool for social change. The company is particularly interested in candidates who can bring a diverse and inclusive perspective to the board, and who are committed to the innovative and forward-thinking strategies that the company is known for. Experience in the arts, heritage, or cultural sectors, as well as a background in governance, is highly valued. The role requires a collaborative and inspirational approach, in line with the company's vision of creating a museum that is not just a space for art, but an active, engaging, and ever-evolving experience for visitors.
