About the Role

While knowledge or experience in the arts, nonprofit management, or fundraising is preferred, it is not mandatory. The role requires a significant time commitment, including regular virtual board meetings and additional time for committee work, event attendance, and other board-related responsibilities. Board members are expected to make a tangible impact on the organization's success, expand their leadership and governance skills, and stay informed about best practices in the nonprofit sector.
