At Treetop ABA , we are committed to providing outstanding Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with developmental needs. We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team full-time in an in-clinic role . This position offers a dynamic work environment where you will engage directly with clients at our facility, developing and overseeing personalized treatment plans. You will also have the flexibility to work 2 days per month from home and help guide and train our Behavior Technicians. This role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure we deliver the highest quality care.

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans for clients.
• Conduct assessments and analyze data to track client progress.
• Provide supervision and support to Behavior Technicians and other team members.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment plans.
• Stay current with ABA research and best practices to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Manage work hours between 8 AM and 6 PM, Monday through Friday, with the ability to alternate between in-clinic and remote work as needed.

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification.
• Active AZ LBA.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience with diverse client populations is a plus.
