A Behavioral Health Program Manager (LICSW / LMHC) – IHH Team is needed in Barrington, RI.

This position is with a community-based, nonprofit organization that provides primary, behavioral, and dental healthcare to the residents of Rhode Island.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for this position is $90,000.
• Language Differential – 5% Additional Salary
• Mileage Reimbursement: $0.625 / Mile

Responsibilities:

• Monday – Friday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
• No nights, weekends, or holidays.
• Manage 6 Case Managers.
• Small Personal Caseload of 10-12 patients.
• Primarily an office-based position.
• Required to go into the community for sick and vacation coverage or to see some therapy clients.
• Mostly Medicaid clients who do not require weekly visits.Provide direction to staff regarding individual cases and supervise members of health home team in the development of wellness and prevention initiatives and health education groups.
• Monitor each consumer’s status and response to health coordination and prevention activities.
  

Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Human Services
• Current And Active License in Rhode Island for Either:
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

• Valid Driver’s License / Automobile Insurance
• 3 to 5 Years of Post-Graduate Clinical Experience in Rehabilitative Mental Health.
• Familiarity with RIACT2 Regulations a plus.
