Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) – Choose Your Compensation & Caseload

Office Location: Wall, NJ

This is a full-time salaried position providing services in our centers, homes and community.

Responsibilities for a BCBA:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments
• Design and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians™ (RBT™)
• Lead group training and supervision sessions
• Uphold BACB’s Professional and Ethical Compliance Code
• Foster a culture of compassion, excellence, and reliability for employees, clients, and families

Qualifications for a BCBA:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) in good standing with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board® (BACB®)
• NJ state license in behavior analyst analysis (must be in process before start date)
• Experience in behavior analysis with strong professional references
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, including proficiency with technology
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Passion for professional growth and advancement
